Location

The house is located up in the old part of Terena, a medieval village in northeast Alentejo in the Évora district. Excellent highway/road accesses both from Lisbon airport (200 km/120 miles) and Faro airport (250 km/160 miles). Car is strongly recommended.

How to get there

From Lisbon Airport:

Take the A12 direction South (across the river). Merge onto A2. Take exit 7 onto A6 (direction Spain). Continue onto A6 for 117 km (73 miles). Take exit 8 towards Borba/Alandroal. Continue on N255 for 25 km (15 miles) and you will arrive in Terena.

From Faro Airport:
Take the A22 towards Lisbon. Take exit 10 towards A2 - Lisbon. After 65 Km (40 miles) take IP 2 towards Beja (exit 12). After 110 Km (68 miles) take the N256 towards Reguengos de Monsaraz. In Reguengos take the N255 and after 25 km (15 miles) you will arrive in Terena.
